TENANT PAYMENTS
Tenants are able to make direct payments using their tenant portal through Propertyware. They have the option to set up auto-pay for monthly rent payments or initiate payments each month.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Our goal is to maintain your property with the highest standards possible. This involves offering prompt and efficient personal service to you, our client, as well as to our valued tenants.
MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Quick response to tenant maintenance requests. We employ a 24-hour answering service for after-hours emergencies. Periodic safety inspections to ensure smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are in good working condition. Reliable, licensed and insured vendors.
FINANCIAL SERVICES
We provide complete owner accounting services including rent collection, payment of monthly expenses, and monthly owner statements. We can handle all expenses pertaining to the property including your mortgage payment, insurance, and taxes. Owner funds are transfer via e-check direct payment or mailed to you by the 15th of each month, along with a full accounting of the income and expenses with detailed notes as needed.
